The Navigli neighborhood, named after the Naviglio Grande canal, is an up-and-coming neighborhood in the city where visitors can find small shops alongside excellent restaurants serving authentic Milanese cuisine. It is also an artsy neighborhood with many art studies and little galleries hidden down side streets.
